BLESS representative Tony Druett made a presentation on Jan 27 to St. Albert City Council on BLESS’ concerns with the area south of Meadowview Drive. Check out the presentation and the City’s Plan C here.

Dan Stoker and friends will again be hosting Springing to Life, a spring birding event on the BLESS Platform 7 AM - noon April 18 and 25.

BLESS AGM will be held April 22, 7 PM at VASA, 25 Sir Winston Churchill Ave, St. Albert

Migratory Bird Day will be held May 9, 11 Am - 3 PM at Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park at the Shelter (by the parking lot), Boardwalk and Platform

Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park is in Alberta, Canada between Edmonton and St. Albert.

 

Our mandate is to act as Stewards of Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, to provide environmental education and to advocate for the preservation of the Big Lake wetlands.
